3. Skinny Knitted Scarf in Vanilla Sparkly Tinsel by Twisted Knits by Suze
Lovingly handcrafted, the Skinny Knitted Scarf in Vanilla Sparkly
Tinsel. This skinny scarf has been knitted with two strands of novelty
fuzzy tinsel and bambino pompom yarn and two strands of 12 ply /
worsted weight together on largish needles, making for a warm, soft yet
quite light scarf. The novelty yarn consists of clear soft tinsel
which sparkles with silver/white light, and ivory bambino pompoms. I
don't find the tinsel fuzzy material to be itchy at all on my skin.
As
is the style at the moment, the scarf is knitted in a "skinny" fashion
- only 8 cms / 3.25 inches across and is rather long at 160 cms / 63
inches. Being classic, neutral vanilla, this gorgeous and eye-catching
yet understated scarf can be paired with any outfit, casual or dressy,
and can be worn in many ways so it can really take you through a range
of seasons. For example, in one of my pictures the scarf is wrapped
round the neck cowl-style: this would make it perfect for winter or
those cooler days/nights. On the other hand, you could simply drape it
over the shoulders for when its not so chilly but you still want the
warmth option available.
This glamorous scarf would make a
fantastic gift (it comes gift wrapped) or as a present to yourself -
